The olives that go into our oils come from the beautiful foothills of Northern California. This special oil is made by emulsifying the meat of the olives with organic winery-grown basil. After crushing, we spin the water away and are left with an incredibly rich, impossibly delicious oil that's been blended with the basil at its most elementary level.
